If you’ve been holding off grabbing a copy of the book because of the postage cost and live in the USA, I’ve got some good news! Boston reissue label Get On Down are now taking pre-orders for domestic distribution. Hopefully I can get somewhere in the UK or Europe to do the same. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know and I’ll start hassling them.
