I always hoped Nexx Level Recordings would release a DV Alias Khrist solo album…
In Sleepy Browns defense his first album Vinyl Room that came out in 98 is a classic however it’s def is not CRC approv d. It’s really more of an old school soul album than anything else.
This article was great.
Rap heads failed big time by not pushing these artist on . At least feature them on a mixtape, over hard hood beats! Gotta love those blend mixtape.
Tjswan had an album, dont know if it was released.
Nat dog, isnt he dogg pound for life?
Blue Raspberry = a tone deaf Beth Gibbons (Portishead) wannabe.
I think I must be the only person outside her family that enjoyed Yvette Michelle’s album then haha! Agree with the above mention of DV Alias Khrist and would like to add Twannie Ranks who supplied ragga hooks for boot camp and sadat x. Or are random reggae hooks a different conversation? lol
Thanks for the article,I am also wondering where is Complexions ?
SINGERS ON RAP HOOKS ALL SUCK! THEY RUINED HIP-HOP! Niggas wouldnt even listen to a song with a singing hook, it was called a SELL OUT SONG. And NATE DOG was a terrible singer. Dude was NOT Hip Hop.
