But Lethal by UTFO/Anthrax cancels out that list

Didn’t Busta do a song with Ozzy or was that Rip Rock by Canibus?? Either way they were both horrible. REM and the Blast Master, on the other hand, always worked for me. Just had that shit on yesterday.
Damn that radio song,
Hey, Hey,Hey
best songs in this format besides walk this way, was anthrax cover of bring the noise and anthrax im a man. ice t and crew had some hard stuff too.
that recent kanye rhianna and paul macartny song is hot too, gotta drop hard beats on it ala remix!
mop got something out there with some rockers,
to think there was many rock acts recording in the same studio building as the rap acts and none of the artist even thought about jumping on albums or hooking up musically…the lost oppurtunities…
That Judgement Night soundtrack got it right somehow. Great movie as well. Jeremy Piven freaking out about the destroyed van was classic.
Was ‘Stan’ up on the list only cause of Em performing it with Elton John? I fux with that joint *pause*
@DJ Blendz: Yeah, the 45 King version is classic.
Furious 5’s Magic Carpet Ride with Steppenwolf
Glad I never heard most in that list.
Gotta admit the judgement night st did it for me back in the day too. From memory the del one on it was killer. Also dug the de la one.
Out of interest Robbie, what music do you like outside of Hip Hop? Or are you just straight rap?
…… like Lord Jamaar
@sonny7: I listen to old funk, jazz and soul stuff obviously, but the last modern thing I bought that wasn’t rap would have been a Sharon Jones album.
I DISAGREE! Rock and Hip Hop mixed is DOPE!!! Walk this way by Run DMC and Aerosmith is beyond Classic.
HIP HOP and POP MUSC OR R and B is WACK and ruined careers like Drugs NOT Rock mixing with HIP HOP.
Old Hip Hop was full of loud rock guitars. In NYC they use to do Punk and Hip Hop shows together. Good mix.

that same idea was thought up when sonic youth and public enemy were working next to each other in a studio in 1990, next was a musical atrocity both bands should have wiped off their solid resumes.chuck d sounded out of place and mostly uninterested while sonic youth pummeled out a riff used for the 433rd time in their career. i think there’s even a video for it, because you know it was going to be that big hit for sonic youth.
