Today marks twenty years since I first posted on unkut.com. In recent times I haven’t a great deal to write about, but just yesterday I finally got to interview the legendary Godfather Don, and as a result I’m fired-up to take Unkut into a new phase. This is probably the ONLY site I still return to check up on even though there may not be a single new post in months. This says something about how much Unkut is both an institution in Hip Hop but it also says something about the quality of the content. Can’t wait to finally see a GFD interview in Unkut. His new album btw is dope! He sound as great as in the 90’s It’s pretty crazy to come back after 20+ years and drop a quality album like this. May not exactly be as groundbreaking these days since it’s steamed in 90’s boom bap But hey it’s all CRC approved quality shit!
