Rap retires you…not the other way!
The only achievement I can attribute to Charles Hamilton is that he is able to cheer me up, without fail like the first Nice n Smooth album, every time I watch that chick rocking him in the jaw on youtube.
There was a time when barely a month could go by without Jean Grae (getting drunk and) announcing her retirement from rap.
I hate the rappers who set down specific schedules for their retirement – if you know you’ve definitely got three albums left in you, you’ve almost certainly got four or more. It smacks of “we’re almost there kids….just over the next horizon…”

The Jay z mentoring thing is plain weird if the dude was born in 1987. Jaz O was obviously just fronting.
