That’s an interesting line about Down With The King setting the trend of grabbing hot beatmakers of the moment. I remember when that came out and thought they seemed desperate and out of place.
I finally gave Your Old Droog a chance and bought the record. Surprisingly decent and produced by 1 dude so it’s got cohesiveness going for it as well.
